Ingredients of Chicken Kebab

efined oil as required

2 tablespoon ginger

1/4 bunch mint leaves

8 cup egg

3 cinnamon stick

10 clove

4 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 tablespoon crushed red chilli

1/2 kilograms chopped


12 cloves garlic

10 green chilli

1/4 bunch coriander leaves

2 teaspoon carom seeds

12 black pepper

4 teaspoon coriander leaves

10 dry red chili

salt as required

2 cup chana dal

Saute until tender. Once done, keep aside. Next, add boneless chicken thigh pieces to the same pan. Add sufficient amount of water along with salt, both red chilies, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, cumin and carom seeds. Turn the flame to medium low and allow it to simmer until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Once done, add half of the egg along with chopped coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger and garlic.
